The G.M.P. Group acquires Diewe Wheels and strengthens its presence on the German market

21 May 2025 – The acquisition by the Anassagora Holding, the company that owns the G.M.P. Italia and Antera brands, of Diewe Wheels has recently been completed. Diewe Wheels is a long-standing commercial partner for the German market of G.M.P. Group, an internationally recognized leader in the design and mass production of high-quality aluminum components for the automotive industry, with particular expertise in the lightweight alloy wheel sector, serving the "aftermarket" industry.
With over 15 years of collaboration with the G.M.P. Group, Diewe Wheels is the key distributor in Germany, not only for its own brand “Diewe Wheels” but also for the G.M.P. Italia, Antera, Etabeta, Momo, Mille Miglia, and Arcasting brands, generating an annual turnover of approximately 17 million euros, with 90% of its business focused on the German market.
With the 100% acquisition by the Anassagora Holding, Diewe Wheels officially becomes part of the structure as a sister company of the G.M.P. Group and Reedijk. The Dutch company Reedijk joined the international expansion project at the end of 2024, maintaining its management unchanged.
This acquisition further strengthens the group’s expansion and consolidation path in the European market.
“The deal was made possible thanks to a shared industrial vision between two groups that have been working together for over 15 years and a clear, determined financial strategy led by Eulero Capital. The goal is to further enhance the presence and value of the G.M.P. Italia, Antera, and Diewe Wheels brands in the strategic German market, with a long-term vision, expanding commercial and logistical coverage across the country,” emphasized Marco Mancin, CEO of the Group.
On the operational front, Diewe Wheels remains a key logistical asset, thanks to its highly innovative new headquarters, a perfectly integrated B2B system, and a strategic location next to the DPD distribution hub. This combination allows for rapid, reliable, and extremely efficient daily shipments.

“We chose GMP to ensure continuity and future growth”
“Diewe Wheels GmbH has been sold to our long-term supplier and partner, GMP. This decision comes after careful consideration and is based on both strategic and personal reasons.
GMP, thanks to the expertise of our managers, will be able to further expand the business prospects by building an even stronger structure to support long-term growth.
We have chosen to focus our energies and resources on the core competencies of DIEWE Diamantwerkzeuge, namely diamond tools, entrusting the wheel business to an experienced operator with deep roots in the sector.
The sale also represents a sustainable solution in terms of succession planning, ensuring continuity in management and production. We are confident that GMP has the resources, expertise, and vision needed to further develop the company and seize new market opportunities.
We are certain that this decision will bring benefits to the entire network of clients and partners of DIEWE Wheels GmbH.
On behalf of the entire DIEWE Group, I would like to thank GMP for our long-standing collaboration and wish everyone a successful future.”
It is important to note that alongside Eulero Capital and the G.M.P. team, the following parties were also involved in the deal:
- For legal matters, Bird & Bird Germany and Bird & Bird Italy, assisted by lawyer Giulio Antonio Bonadio from the Turin Bar for intellectual property aspects.
- Falk Gruppe, which handled the financial and tax due diligence.
- Labs Corporate Finance acted as the transaction advisor.
- Studio Sonntag & Partner managed the legal aspects for the German counterpart.
The internationalization process was financially supported by BCC di Brescia and Banca Intesa.
All shareholders of Anassagora Holding enthusiastically participated in the capital increase that enabled the successful completion of the deal.
The G.M.P. Group thus solidifies its role as a hub of industrial excellence, accelerating its international expansion.
The acquisition was also announced at Autopromotec in Bologna, where Antera, a G.M.P. Group brand, presented the world preview of the A123 wheel, a model that represents a new generation of three-spoke wheels.
